Requirement
Rubamin, a metal chemicals and metal intermediates manufacturing company were looking for a temporary warehouse for storage of raw materials, a storage space which can be easily relocatable as this was a parking space. Rubamin project team was looking for a quick and economical solution for the variety of materials that had to be stored inside this warehouse, while in accordance with the appropriate safety regulations, especially because the products could be easily damaged due to environmental factors. ClearSpan India took responsibility of this project and proposed an effective & economical solution of Aluminium Frame Temporary Warehouse according to customer’s requirement.
Solution
An Aluminium Frame Tent Warehouse of 10,000 sq. ft. area proposed to the customer – made of Anodized Aluminium Alloy having tensile strength of 290MPa. The structure was installed using chemical fasteners within a week and was customized according to customer’s requirements, which included emergency exit door and a rolling shutter of 4m x 4m.
Benefits
This temporary warehouse was a progressive step for client as it provided protection to the raw materials from all types of environmental conditions. In the month of August, 2023, after 2 years of its installation, this structure was relocated to a different location in the same industrial premises by ClearSpan India within a short period of time and with utmost safety, thanks to the 100% relocatability of these structures.
